In fact, Terry has a somewhat storied background. As a result, Terry’s resume can tell us some things about her background. Steve LaRoche is Probate & Trust Real Estate Sales Specialist for the LaRoche Team. And while Steve’s resume can tell us some things about him, he also has quite a storied background. As a result, it deserves more scope, as he shares Terry’s drive for excellence and passion to serve others.
Meet Terry and Steve LaRoche, Public Service and Real Estate Experts
As we meet Terry and Steve LaRoche, we begin with Terry. She completed college, and answered a call to service, applying for the LAPD. Although, while she felt ready for that, Terry wasn’t in top physical shape. Then, she stepped up rather than resign. She trained heavily in her off time. As a result, she became the strongest in her class and was more than ready for the Police Academy. Terry would later win many awards and be inducted into the LAPD Athletic Hall of Fame.
During her remarkable career as an LA Police Officer, Terry would rise to the challenge in many, rewarding and harrowing situations. You can read about some of them in the book, “More Than Heroic,” by Gary Farmer. And, she fulfilled the call of duty each time. She married Steve LaRoche, also an LA Police Officer. At the same time, she was drawn to the world of real estate. And, that grew into active interests that would later blossom into the LaRoche Team. In fact, once she retired from the LAPD, she became involved in real estate full time. She brought her unwavering focus on excellence and drive to turn every challenge into success with her. As a result of decades of service in the real estate industry now, her leadership shines through in the LaRoche Team. And, it continues to allow her to fulfill her passion to serve others.
Steve served as a Police Officer for the LAPD for 30 years. And, you can read about some his remarkable highlights of service in the book, “The Streets Are Blue.” In fact in it, Steve states he wanted to be a police officer as long as he could remember. Also, his calling shined through early on in education. For example, he was a graduate of West Point Leadership Program. He was also Instructor Cadre, West Point.
As a Police Officer, Steve gained a vast level of experience, both rewarding and harrowing. It included working with SWAT. It even included sometimes rappelling out of helicopters, while fulfilling the call to service and duty.
In just a few more years after retiring from the LAPD, a servant’s heart led Steve to focus on helping people in real estate. Then, he joined with Terry and Keller Williams Realty full time. He brought the LaRoche Team up to optimal speed. As a result, it’s their exceptional achievements, legal and court system know-how and servants’ hearts that make Terry and Steve more than equipped to serve through the LaRoche Team.
