The LaRoche Team, Keller Williams Realty, has recently sold two homes in Spyglass: one home on Sierra Sky Drive, which was the HIGHEST sold home at the time and the other on Banyan Rim Drive.
Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Spyglass Homeowners Association, Yvonne Pasinato recently used the LaRoche Team’s services for help with the sale of her father’s house at 11560 Banyan Rim Drive, Whittier and expressed her appreciation for the team.
“I want to take this moment to thank you [the LaRoche Team] for your professionalism,” Pasinato said, “I truly believe that you [Terry] and Steve negotiated the best price possible for his house. Even though my brother had experience several times with buying and selling his homes by himself, when we tried this path with my father’s house, we only received extremely low bids and marketing calls. We were also unaware of the extra trust paperwork that is needed for a trust sale. I appreciate the time you personally spent with us explaining the intricacies of being a trustee and moving through a real estate sale. I also want to thank Richard in your office who always answered my calls and explained the paperwork. I always felt I was in the “loop” knowing the process of moving the sale forward. Your team took a burden from us, and I thank you for that.”
The LaRoche Team always provides the best service for each individual client. The team tries to connect with clients and create a beneficial relationship. As the team’s vision statement affirms, “With our unwavering commitment to provide peace of mind, we bridge customer-centric services with authentic care because we believe that everyone matters.”
Why should you live in Spyglass?
Spyglass encompasses the same sense of community that the entire city of Whittier holds dear. A type of community that knows their neighbors and tries to take care of each other, which makes the community a coveted place to live.
Another reason Spyglass is a sought after neighborhood in Whittier is the combination of nature and city life. Hiking trails are located right down the street at Sycamore Canyon, while freeway access is still easily accessible. The beach, Disneyland, and parts of the city of Los Angeles can also be reached in less than 30 minutes.
Spyglass also has views everywhere you look, whether it is of Sycamore Canyon or the skyline of San Gabriel Valley. Since all utility poles and wires are run underground, the uninterrupted sunset views will relax anyone at the end of the day. Spyglass is an oasis for anyone who chooses to live everyday as if on vacation.
